Do you ship internationally?


Unfortunately not at this time. We will be expanding our operations internationally in the near future.




When will my order ship?


We ship Monday through Saturday, and can take 1-3 business days to prepare your custom orders.




Do you accept returns?


We have different shipping policies for our various items. 1. All cigar and humidification item sales are final! 2. All accesories outside of butane can be returned with original packaging within 14 days and a 10% restocking fee will be assesed. (See returns section under Shipping & Returns for further details)




Are discounts offered?


The answer is yes! We offer discounts from time to time on our site but ensure that we have the most competitve standard pricing.




Why should I sign up for the Upscale Smoker Newsletter?


If you love cigars, then that is the reason you should sign up. Our newsletter includes special, new releases, discount codes and more. If not for anything, you want to be apart of the Upscale Smoker famiily!




Why do you have limited vitolas?


We built our inventory based upon the idustry's top rated cigars which most include the specific vitola that was rated. As other vitolas are rated or requested by our Upscale Smoker community, they will be reviewed and subsequently added to our inventory.




What makes you different from other online cigar retailers?


Our differnce is that we have taken the Industry's top rated cigars amongst other favorites and personal selections and we give you the ability to create your own variety boxes. You can mix and match your order as you please! Imagine walking into a local cigar store humidor and selecting whatever cigars you want and quantity. Well we have brought that experince for you online at online prices!




Is there a limit on the number of cigars I can purchase?


We have a minimum of atleast five cigars to build your variety box, but there is no limit to what you want to stock your humidor with.
